New, white, a-line medium fullness, 2 tier elastic waist crinoline with zipper back. Style 603 made exclusively for David's Bridal. Size16. Top of elastic measures 31" 

NOTE Just below the natural waist the white fabric is the same size as the elastic above it at 31". Therefore, the elastic will give, but the skirting will not. If your waist is any larger than 31" this crinoline will not fit.
