Order Information

If you find an item you wish to order please email me so I can let you know if it is still available. It will be removed from stock and held for you for 10 days while you are making payment. This ensures it will not be sold while your payment is in the mail. If payment is not received within the 10 days, the item will be returned to stock.

The price of the item and the shipping and handling charges are listed at the end of the descriptions. If you are in New York State the sales tax is 8%, with some areas being higher. For clothing items priced less than $110 the sales tax is 4% with some exceptions within New York State. Please include the proper amount with your payment. An incorrect total will mean a delay in shipping. I collect sales tax for New York State. You are responsible for paying sales taxes, if any, outside of NYState yourself.

Only bank money orders, postal money orders, bank checks, Western Union or MoneyGram money transfers made out to To Have And To Hold are accepted as payment. I do not accept personal checks, credit cards, Pay Pal or similar services.

Shipping is usually by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please remember to give me a mailing address. I will email you when I receive payment. When it is shipped I will let you know how it is going and when you can expect it. I'd appreciate it if you would let me know when it arrives.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not allowed because the shipment would have to be recleaned. We take pride in selling merchandise that is clean and stain free. The cost of recleaning is expensive and not good for the fabric.

Buying from "Bridal Gowns - Wedding Dresses for Sale by Owner" through this site does not carry any endorsement. We do not know if their gowns are clean. unstained or can be returned. These are private sales between you and the seller. Be sure to ask them.

I will remeasure the gown for you and will let you know if the seams can be let out. Please ask. I want you to be a beautiful and happy customer.
