If you find an item you wish to order please let me know by email so I can let
you know if it is still available. It will be removed from stock and held for you for 10 days while you are making payment.
This ensures it will not be sold while your payment is in the mail. If payment is not received within the 10 days, the item
will be returned to stock.
The price of the item and the shipping and handling charges are listed at the end
of the descriptions. If you are in New York State the sales tax is 8%, with some areas being higher. For clothing items
priced less than $110 the sales tax is 4% with some exceptions within New York State. Please include the proper
amount with your payment. An incorrect total will mean a delay in shipping. You are responsible for taxes outside of
New York State.
Only bank money orders, postal money orders and bank checks made out
to To Have And To Hold are accepted as payment. I do not accept cash, personal checks, credit cards or Pay Pal. When
I started having payment problems, my attorney advised me these are not good ways to do business...especially on the
web.
Shipping is usually by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please remember to
give me a mailing address. I will email you when I receive payment. When it is shipped I will let you know how
it is going and when you can expect it. I'd appreciate it if you would let me know when it arrives.
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not allowed because I found merchandise
being returned was not in the same condition as it was when sent out. The cost of recleaning is expensive as well as
not being good for the fabric.
I will remeasure the gown for you and will let you know if the seams can be let
out. Please ask. I want you to be a beautiful and happy customer.
