Size 16. White lace with sheer. Gown is lined. Slip has slight
yellowing. The sleeves are long and I'll call them peek-a-boo because you can see the inner appliques through openings
in the outer appliques. In the photo of the sleeve detail you can see some of the inner appliques as shadows. There
is a high neck, zipper back and pearls on the bodice and waist. All pearls appear to be intact. The gown has a Union Label
and was made in the U.S.A. No crinolines. Photos taken without additional pouf.
The gown measures:
Bust: 46" total. Measured underarm to underarm and doubled.
Length: 55" measured from shoulder seam at collar seam, over breast to hem.
Train is 40" long from where it hits the floor or 87" out from the waist.
The gown was purchased in 1983. Worn once, cleaned, boxed and preserved. There

There is a veil and headpiece that was worn with this gown. Cap type with
pearls and crystals. Back edge has a row of braided pearls. Very striking. The veil is a circular two tier approximately 46"
in diameter. Blusher 27", second tier 37". It has deep scalloped finished edge with appliques in every other scallop.
This gown has been altered and shortened. Measure yourself carefully to determine
the fit. The alterations appear to be reversible (the fabric is still there), except for the length. Gown was never
